Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting customers through the dolphin center, welcoming guests at the main entrance, assisting with issuing locker keys, escorting guests to the Dolphin Swim area, accompanying groups and VIP’s, and general customer service in all areas.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Sales and Customer Service. Must be organized, efficient, and have the ability to communicate with people in a friendly, enthusiastic and helpful manner, while working in a busy environment. Basic computer skills and team skills are essential. Some knowledge of the Spanish language required.
