Cancellations and Changes:
Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests Cabo Dolphins operates a strict cancellation policy:
48 hours or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
24 hours prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
No shows or late arrivals – no refund
Group Reservations (private charters of groups of 14 people or more)
15 days or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
Less than 15 days prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
No shows or late arrivals – no refund

Dolphin Swim:
For everyone age 5 and up - $165 USD
Dolphin Encounter:
For everyone age 8 and up - $85 USD
Dolphin Kids:
For children ages 4 to 9 only - $79 USD
Trainer for a Day:
Minimum age 12 Participants must be in good physical condition - $399 USD |

Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling us Toll free from the US and Canada at 1-888-303-2653 or from Cabo San Lucas at (624) 173-9500. All changes are subject to availability.
Charges to your Card: Your credit card will be charged as soon as your Dolphin Swim can be confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable Cabo Dolphins will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.
Prices and Exchange Rates: Prices are quoted in US dollars but charges are made in Mexican Pesos. We use the bank rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published dollar price.

Credit Card Safety: CaboDolphins.com wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.
On the day of your Swim with Dolphins program, you must bring your credit card and another form of your personal ID when you check in.
